WHO ARE WE
The Israeli Forum for Impact Economy (IFIE) is a multi-sector group of Israeli leaders committed to ensuring continued economic growth and prosperity through the adoption of an impact-driven economy.
The IFIE acts as the Israel National Advisory Board (NAB) to the Global Steering Group (GSG). Chaired by Sir Ronald Cohen, the GSG has 33 member countries and the EU.
The GSG is a global independent organization bringing together leaders from finance, business, and philanthropy, to catalyze impact investment and entrepreneurship to benefit people and the planet.
IFIE is committed to advancing an impact-driven economy in Israel, an economy that is powered by sustainable growth and delivers solutions to global challenges.
We connect, convene, and catalyze partnerships among diverse stakeholders and sectors. We build bridges between national and international players to expand the local impact ecosystem.
Scaling the Impact Economy through our 5 Pillar Strategy
Informed by global best practices, we advocate for policies and regulations that place impact at the center of decision-making and capital allocation.
SUPPLY OF CAPITAL
Increase capital allocated to impact and ESG investments in Israel from local and global sources. We strive to foster a business culture of accountability, transparency, and sustainable positive impact across all asset classes and among all investors with a stake in Israeli companies and projects.
DEMAND FOR CAPITAL
Drive innovation and technology to accelerate solutions for local and global challenges, and for inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
We facilitate the connection between supply and demand to expand opportunities for mission-driven companies, start-ups, and enterprises to access smart capital.
IMPACT MANAGEMENT &
Expand the use of industry standards, including best-in-class impact measurement and management frameworks to accurately manage data-based risk, optimize return and impact across industries and sectors.
Increase awareness, strengthen public discourse, and foster greater understanding of the benefits of the impact economy on society and the planet.
